Terms of Use

"Credit App Center" a Delaware Corporation, herein referred to as the "DEVELOPER", and "CUSTOMER", agree to the following terms:

The "CUSTOMER" will be considered a licensed user of the online version of "CreditSmarts.COM", which will be referred to as the "LICENSED PROGRAM".

Breach by the "CUSTOMER" shall include, but not be limited to:

a) The "CUSTOMER" making or permitting false or misleading representations of "CUSTOMER" or vehicle information; under no circumstances will a dealer present misleading information regarding a finance transaction inclusive of all facts. Under no circumstance will a "branded" title, salvaged title, or gray market vehicle be presented to any "LICENSED PROGRAM" "LENDER" or through the "LICENSED PROGRAM" system.

b) Refusal of the "CUSTOMER" to reasonably cooperate with the "DEVELOPER" and "LENDER".

If the "CUSTOMER" commits a breach of the Terms and Conditions, the "DEVELOPER" shall give a written notice specifying the alleged breach and permit the "CUSTOMER" to cure the breach within 10 days. However if the "DEVELOPER" has previously complained of a substantially similar breach, the "DEVELOPER" may either:

a) Allow a period of three days to cure the breach; or,

b) Issue a notice of immediate termination.

c) Refer the matter to the appropriate legal authority. CreditSmarts supports and complies with all efforts to insure the accuracy of information being transacted thru its portal. All efforts to cooperate with any and all legal authorities in the event of a breach of local, state, or federal laws will be made. All users must maintain adherence to all local, state, and federal laws. CreditSmarts has a zero tolerance policy for illegal or unethical activities.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND WARRANTY Company products and services may be changed or updated without notice. Some products and services may only be available in the United States and its territories.

The "DEVELOPER" makes no representations about any merchant or other user of services and does not endorse the products or services of any such users. Unless specifically indicated, The "DEVELOPER" is not an agent of a third party and has not authorized a third party to act as its agent for any purpose.

The "DEVELOPER" makes no representations about any other web site that you may access through this site. GOVERNING LAW
